Mental Health Day
On April 25, 2024, our students and staff engaged in some incredible positive ways to stay
mentally strong. We had several unbelievable and inspirational providers come in and show our
students, and staff, how art therapy, healthy eating habits, yoga, mindfulness exercises, a
positivity wall, and stress-busting games, can help you relax through this life while learning!
It was all about celebrating our bodies and amazing minds. ✨ Everyone learned that even after a
bad test, a bad morning at home, or a difficult life changing situation comes upon you, our
hallways are filled with positive affirmations, tons of smiles, and lots of love to teach us how to
see ourselves in a positive way and to always trust God. #NoDreamIsTooBig!!
We empower our students to achieve their full potential, both intellectually and spiritually, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue their dreams, no matter how big.
